RETURNS – USUITABLE ITEMS
If you are unhappy with your chosen product before delivery please advise us as soon as possible by emailing info@thedecorclub.co.uk .
After delivery if you are not happy with your chosen item we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund. You have up to 14 days to advise us of your decision by emailing info@thedecorclub.co.uk and completing the Return Form and a further 16 days to send the items back to us. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept returns that fall out with these time frames.
Once you receive your Return Approval Notice please arrange for return delivery within 16 days to the address advised in our correspondence.
We strongly advise that you take photographs of the items when repackaged to demonstrate the condition you are returning the goods in.
The purchaser is responsible for arranging all return deliveries and associated costs. As all liability for returns sits with the purchaser we advise using a delivery company that provides tracking.
We work hard to make sure that the description, imagery and specification of our products are correct and accurate as possible. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. While the colour reproduction, material description and dimensions of the products are a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in size or material nor colour howsoever caused. As long as you return your goods to us in line with our Returns Policy (which is incorporated within these Conditions) you will receive a refund for the goods.
When you receive goods that require assembly, prior to installing, it is very important that you check the instructions and any parts list to ensure that you have all the relevant parts and that you can fit the product in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. We cannot refund products that have been wrongly fitted or be responsible for any consequences of mis-fitting our products. We strongly recommend that you employ only qualified and experienced joiners and electricians to install our products.
Our network of suppliers will not accept returned items that do not arrive back in perfect condition. Therefore, we can only accept returned items unused, in perfect condition and in the original outer and inner packaging and within the above time frames. We also recommend taking photos of the item and packaging as evidence the goods and packaging were in perfect condition prior to shipping.
In the unlikely event that we arrange shipping for ‘unsuitable items’ we will deduct the cost from any refund.
Once the item has been received back to us, checked and approved we will refund your original payment method within 14 days

RETURNS – DAMAGED ITEMS
We recommend you inspect the packaging and items prior to signing and refuse acceptance should you have any issues.
Following delivery in the unlikely event of items being damaged on arrival please contact us by emailing info@thedecorclub.co.uk and completing the Return Form within 24 hours of delivery. If we are informed any later than 24 hours we will deem the damaged to have occurred after delivery and therefore be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Once you receive your Return Approval Notice shipping will be arranged.
Please take photographs of the damage to help us speed through your return with our suppliers.
We will arrange for return shipping at our cost. Once items have been checked and approved we will refund your original payment method within 14 days or offer an exchange.
Please note:- A number of our curated pieces have been deliberately distressed for an authentic look and feel. As a result there may be imperfections and fading which is a deliberate style feature. Please also note colours and textures may vary from those depicted on our website.
