RETURNS – USUITABLE ITEMS

If you are unhappy with your chosen product before delivery please advise us as soon as possible by emailing info@thedecorclub.co.uk . 

After delivery if you are not happy with your chosen item we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund. You have up to 14 days to advise us of your decision by emailing info@thedecorclub.co.uk and completing the Return Form and a further 16 days to send the items back to us. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept returns that fall out with these time frames.

Once you receive your Return Approval Notice please arrange for return delivery within 16 days to the address advised in our correspondence.

We strongly advise that you take photographs of the items when repackaged to demonstrate the condition you are returning the goods in. 

The purchaser is responsible for arranging all return deliveries and associated costs. As all liability for returns sits with the purchaser we advise using a delivery company that provides tracking.

We work hard to make sure that the description, imagery and specification of our products are correct and accurate as possible. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. While the colour reproduction, material description and dimensions of the products are a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in size or material nor colour howsoever caused. As long as you return your goods to us in line with our Returns Policy (which is incorporated within these Conditions) you will receive a refund for the goods.

When you receive goods that require assembly, prior to installing, it is very important that you check the instructions and any parts list to ensure that you have all the relevant parts and that you can fit the product in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. We cannot refund products that have been wrongly fitted or be responsible for any consequences of mis-fitting our products. We strongly recommend that you employ only qualified and experienced joiners and electricians to install our products.

Our network of suppliers will not accept returned items that do not arrive back in perfect condition. Therefore, we can only accept returned items unused, in perfect condition and in the original outer and inner packaging and within the above time frames. We also recommend taking photos of the item and packaging as evidence the goods and packaging were in perfect condition prior to shipping.

In the unlikely event that we arrange shipping for ‘unsuitable items’ we will deduct the cost from any  refund.

Once the item has been received back to us, checked and approved we will refund your original payment method within 14 days

RETURNS – DAMAGED ITEMS

We recommend you inspect the packaging and items prior to signing and refuse acceptance should you have any issues.

Following delivery in the unlikely event of items being damaged on arrival please contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery. If we are informed any later than 24 hours we will deem the damaged to have occurred after delivery and therefore be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please take photographs of the damage to help us speed through your return with our suppliers.

We will arrange for return shipping at our cost. Once items have been checked and approved we will refund your original payment method withing 14 days or offer an exchange.

Please note:- A number of our curated pieces have been deliberately distressed for an authentic look and feel. As a result there may be imperfections and fading which is a deliberate style feature. Please also note colours and textures may vary from those depicted on our website.

This website is operated by The Decor Club. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Decor Club. The Decor Club offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, the purchaser, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of or remove any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors and or any other means that do not meet our expectations.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store/ site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We cannot be held responsible for tracking you if your information is not up to date

Klarna Payment Options

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

Pay Later (invoice 30 days)

Pay in 30 days: The payment period is 30 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the this payment method in the United Kingdom on our website.

Pay Later in 3 instalments

Pay Later in 3 instalments: Pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can find the terms and conditions for Pay Later in 3 instalments on our website.

These terms and conditions apply to you when:

• you ask us to finance your purchase of goods or services offered by our retailers (this is an “Order”); and
• we provide you with a credit plan which sets out the rules of us providing you finance under each Order (this is a “Clearpay Plan”).

It’s important to note that other terms may also apply when using our services. These include:

• Website Terms: These terms set out how to use our website, App and interact with any social media.
• Privacy Policy: This is an important document that sets out how we will store and use your personal information.
• Product Terms: Other terms may apply when you use other services offered by us, for example, when you use Pulse Rewards.

If there is something you don’t understand in the agreement, please get in touch. If there is something you don’t agree with, unfortunately we won’t be able to provide you with a Clearpay Plan.

Using us to pay for goods or services in instalments is a form of interest free credit. It’s important that you pay us on time otherwise you may incur late payment fees. You will find our full terms and conditions on our website.
